Play fair, pick a decent name, and remember it's a game. By choosing a name and joining, you agree to these terms and to the privacy page.

Who we are

The game is made by Miki and Key. Questions: vickybntna@gmail.com.

Who can play

You need to be 13 or older. If you're under the age where your country needs a parent's OK to use an online game, get it first.

Your name

• Names are unique: no two players share one, and "Miki" and "Key" are taken.
• No names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, or that pretend to be someone else.
• We can change or remove a name that breaks these rules, without asking first.

Playing fair

• Don't cheat: no changing the game's code or save, no bots or scripts, and no using bugs to get ahead. If you find a bug, tell us.
• Don't harass, threaten or spam other players.
• Don't try to get into anyone else's account, or into our server.
• One player per person. Accounts and names aren't for sale or trade.

Diamonds, coins and everything else in the game

• Diamonds, coins, wood, stone, food, camps and trophies are part of the game. You earn them by playing, and some can be bought with real money.
• They have no money value outside the game: they can't be cashed out, refunded as money, or sold or traded to anyone for real money.
• You don't own them: you have the use of them while you play.
• We may change how they work, rebalance them, or remove ones gained by cheating or bugs.

Buying things

• The price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by a payment provider or your app store, under their own terms too.
• What you buy is added to your player straight away. Purchases are final and not refunded, except where the law says otherwise or something you paid for didn't arrive: then email us.
• If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying. If someone bought something on your account without permission, email us.
• If the game changes or closes, things you bought may change or stop working. We'll try to give warning.

Ads

The game shows ads, some of them from other companies. We don't control what those companies sell. Don't fake ad views or clicks.

Your account

• Signing in is optional. Without an account, your progress is only in your browser and can be lost if its data is cleared.
• Keep your sign-ins to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account and your data at any time; the privacy page says how.

If you break the rules

We can rename you, take away what you gained unfairly, or suspend or delete your player or account. For something serious we may do it without warning.

The game can change

It's being built while you play. We can change, reset or stop any part of it, including the shared map and camps, and we may not always be able to keep your progress through a big change. We'll try to give warning.

No guarantees

The game is provided as it is. It may have bugs, go down, or lose data. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from playing or not being able to play.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.
